You’re learning DIY

If you find the wrong materials, you could end up learning the basics wrong. That’s going to hurt your playing skills. Get yourself signed up for guitar lessons in Mississauga instead. Having a qualified and experienced teacher will help you get the basics right, correct your mistakes and help you improve.
You want fast results
Skills take time to build. If you’re rushing through the practice sessions, determined to improve as fast as you can, that’s not going to work, CMUSE says. Practice isn’t just about learning how to play fast. It’s about internalizing the movements and giving it your full attention. If you play with only half your attention or ear, then you’re not going to get better at it, no matter how many times or how long you practice.
You don’t practice enough
Going to your guitar lessons in Mississauga isn’t going to instantly improve your playing skills. Practice slowly but correctly in the beginning. Do this for the first month or so. After that, your speed will naturally improve. However, this will only work if you practice often. Make it a habit to go through everything you’ve learned outside the classroom. Practicing for even 30 minutes a day three times a week will make a difference in your skills.
You’re distracted
Find a quiet place where you could practice without any distractions. Focus on the lesson at hand. Learn how to clear your find and focus on the music instead.
