By Aiden ArmstrongIf you are a real estate broker/owner, you know how important it is to make sure that your agents are working hard to bring in new business each and every month. If you have a large office, it can be difficult to keep track of what your agents are doing, and how much revenue they’re bringing in. With traditional systems, you must constantly filter through emails, paperwork, and filing systems to keep yourself updated on both your transactions and your agents’.
A cloud-based real estate mgmt. system allows you to easily track your agent activities and gives you valuable information into who your most valued agents are.
Other benefits
Complete visibility: This comprehensive system allows you to quickly see what the status is of each transaction, and where in the sales process each agent is working at.
Training opportunities: For agents who need some help, you can set up training sessions to help them develop their sales and people skills. The system will also give insight into whether or not the training sessions are working. For example, if that agent is increasing their business after training, then it was well worth the investment; if not, perhaps you need to find another training method.
Limit legal mistakes and issues: Real estate contracts are legal documents and they must be filled out properly, with correct addresses, names and signatures. With the workflow templates of a management system, you can easily check to make sure that all legalities are taken care of.
Cost efficient: You can pay monthly or yearly, and you only pay for the number of users who will be using the system. This makes a cloud-based system cost efficient and when you factor in the ease of use and increase in productivity, this is an option you simply can’t ignore.
