John Harvey started JBC Machine, Inc. in 1985. This family business originally started in a rented garage with only one employee. The only equipment they had to do their metal machining was a manual lathe. Since that time, the business has just continued to increase in size. They actually grew to the point of adding a second shift in May of 2013. In 2018, JBC Machine again added more shop and office space for anticipated future growth.

The dedicated employees at JBC Machine include several people that have been part of the company for over twenty years. They work hard to make sure their employees continue to be educated and trained on current skills and practices. They have also graduated five of their employees through their own apprenticeship program that is tied into Valley Technical College. Cross training their employees is key so the quality of the product always stays the same.

JBC Machine also finds it necessary to continually follow and update their software and their machines to the most current technology. With all of these features, they are able to provide the best metal machining products to their clients

JBC Machine prides itself on the experience they have with various types of metal machining including steel, stainless steel and bronze machining. They also work with aluminum and plastic in their machining. JBC Machine works hard to meet the needs of their clients. They work to service requests that include boring, drilling, 3D milling, threading, turning, engineering and many more services. They provide the products needed for their clients and strive to provide them in a reasonable timeframe.
